Serena is a 2x Gold award winning nail tech and the proud owner and creative director of The Nail Vault.

With a background in the arts and business development, TNV came to be after Serena found the nail industry and qualified as a technician in 2017. Always passionate about nail polish, extravagance and glitter, creativity, entrepreneurship, women in business and providing safe empowering spaces, Serena built The Nail Vault from the ground up and has been in the industry full-time since 2018.

With a love of all things sparkly and a specialty in encapsulated acrylic design, Serena loves to create one-of-a-kind enhancements from everyday glam to XXL 4D Aquarium extensions.

When not creating cool stuff on nails or behind the scenes, Serena can be found filling her cup with coffee, plants and family adventures.

Monica’s passion for all things creative and tiny led her to the nail industry in late 2021, completing her full training in 2022 with Designer Nails. With a background in painting and miniatures, Monica loves doing intricate hand-painted designs while still being a sucker for simpler classic looks. Monica is also a strong believer in the positive effects having beautiful nails can have on ones mental health.

A proud plant and cat mum, Monica can be found on her days off out walking or relaxing in the sun with a cup of tea.
