Waitākere Architects and Project Managers is a family business that was established in 1985 by Colin Pauling, which first began as Colin Pauling and Associates Ltd.
Colin Pauling is a registered architect and Craig Pauling has a Masters in Architecture, who grew up and have lived in West Auckland.
We are a business that has proud sustainable and carbon-neutral practices and that has a focus on education, commercial and community work. Always been about offering the highest quality, full-service architecture offering solutions to problems, no matter where they lead.
