Fix the Faff helps Auckland businesses stop losing time to the small things. Meetings that end without a decision. Email chains that run for days. Files nobody can find. Onboarding that leaves new starters to work it out. Tools like Microsoft Teams that you pay for and barely use. Most process improvement is heavier than the problem it is solving. There is no six weeks of mapping current state and future state here, and no report that sits in a folder. I come in, look at how your team actually works, find the three things wasting the most time, and at least one of them is fixed and working before I leave. Everything is built in the systems you already have, with your team, and comes with a short guide so it keeps running after I go. No new software to buy. Susan McConnell has spent twenty years doing this inside universities, councils and large companies, including process automation, ERP and finance systems, business analysis and change management. Prosci Change Management Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma, PRINCE2 and an MBA sit behind the work, but the work itself is practical. Services include process improvement, business process documentation, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint setup, file and document cleanup, Microsoft Copilot and AI training for teams, onboarding documentation, meeting resets, business analysis and requirements, and workflow automation. Every job starts with a free twenty minute call. If I am not the right person for your problem, I will tell you.   Auckland wide. Phone 021 434 088. fixthefaff.co.nz
